The Duct Manufacture Auto-line I is a high-efficiency automatic duct production line designed for medium-sized HVAC sheet metal processing factories, featuring full electric control for seamless automation. 

      It integrates a feeding metal frame, servo-power roller, flattening unit and hydraulic shearing machine, delivering ±0.2 mm dimensional tolerance (±0.8 mm diagonal) and adjustable production speed. Capable of processing 0.1–1.5 mm common steel and 0.1–1.2 mm stainless steel, with a max processing width of 1300–1600 mm and 8000 kg mold weight capacity, the line has a customizable frame length (12000/16000/18000/20000 mm standard) and weighs 3410/4000 kg across configurations.
