Product Description

This is a single-seam fully automatic rectangular duct production line, designed with a U-shaped structure to effectively boost production efficiency.

It realizes full automation from the uncoiling of sheet metal raw materials to the final edge folding of air ducts, and can produce finished rectangular air ducts in various specifications.

The line is equipped with comprehensive functions, including:

Pittsburgh lock (Dongyang bone) fabrication via the lock former
Forming of angle steel flanges, common plate flanges and hook flanges
One-step processing of flat plate, L-shaped, U-shaped and mouth-shaped duct workpieces
Punching of support holes and 9×15 waist holes on flange edges

It can process 0.5–1.5mm galvanized steel sheets and is compatible with 0.5–1.2mm 304 stainless steel sheets. The dimensional tolerance is ±0.5mm, with a maximum production speed of 10 meters per minute. Optional maximum coil widths of 1300mm and 1500mm are available to meet different production needs.

With stable running performance and a high degree of automation, it is a reliable and efficient equipment for standardized air duct manufacturing.
