1. Fully Automated Operation: The line features dual servo drive and full automatic operation, ensuring stable finished frame forming with a processing width range of 200–320mm.
2. High Production Capacity: It can process 30 frames per minute, with 40 pieces of 25 (30 and 40 Angle Steel function) and 500 pieces of L-shaped and U-shaped sheets produced per 8-hour shift, meeting high-volume production demands.
3. Compliance & Versatility: The production line meets 3C certification standards and supports various mold types, including square molding, copper pattern molding, and square shaft molding, to adapt to diverse damper frame specifications.
