Product Description

     This HVAC Damper Rivet Table is essential equipment for fire damper and positive pressure air outlet frame production, designed to simplify and streamline the riveting process. It offers intuitive operation and flexible configuration, making it easy to learn and use for workshop teams.

Function Description

The rivet table is composed of four specialized riveting modules:
  1. Frame Riveting (Four Rivets): For secure riveting of damper outer frames.
  2. Corner Bracket Riveting (Four Rivets): For precise assembly of damper corner brackets.
  3. Supporting Bar Riveting Pliers (Double Rivets): For attaching supporting bars with double rivets.
  4. Seam Closing Rivet Pliers (Single Rivet): For final seam closing with single rivets.
It supports both double and single rivet configurations, which can be customized to meet customer requirements (including rotating hanging brackets and rotating supports). This versatility ensures it can handle all key riveting tasks in fire damper production.
