This machine includes a coiling material rack, leveling device, laser machine bed body, receiving platform, and automatic rotation components.
Working Principle
The coil material is first leveled before entering the laser cutting platform. After cutting is completed, the leveling machine automatically feeds the next material, while the rotating platform automatically transfers the finished parts to the receiving platform. Once the leveling machine finishes feeding, the system starts cutting the second layout diagram, and the serial number collection of the first batch of parts can be carried out simultaneously. This reciprocating work greatly improves the overall machining speed and efficiency.
Application
Suitable for cutting thin metal sheets such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and galvanized steel.
