This Gorelocker Conti-I (Round Elbow Seaming Machine) is a dedicated device for seaming and joining round duct elbows in HVAC fabrication. It features a dual working station design that eliminates frequent equipment changes, enabling efficient one-time rolling and two-time seaming for round duct elbow forming—making it an essential tool for high-speed round duct production.

       Capable of processing 1.5mm galvanized plates and 1.0mm stainless steel, its high-hardness steel roller accessories ensure consistent seaming quality. Powered by a 5.5kW hydraulic motor with a 55L hydraulic oil tank, it can form a 200mm diameter elbow in just 90 seconds (per person operation). The machine covers a diameter range of 125–1250mm and weighs 750kg, available in mechanical and hydraulic drive options to suit diverse production needs.
