This round flange forming machine adopts touch screen setting and microcomputer PLC control system. Its frame is welded by high-strength steel plate, and the rollers are made of durable Cr12MOV material. 

      The hydraulic pressure system features zero-load design, equipped with low-frequency frequency conversion oil pump motor, which effectively reduces operating noise, optimizes mechanical performance and prolongs service life. It completes the whole automatic production process including material discharging, roll forming, straightening, circle rolling and automatic cutting, with a processing speed of 12000mm/min, applicable flange diameter from 200mm to 2000mm, suitable for 1.5-3mm thick galvanized steel strip within 40-96mm width. 

       The machine is configured with 7 groups of forming rollers and 7.5KW variable frequency drive motor, adopting 45° hydraulic mold cutting, with overall size 5000×2900×1700mm, total weight 2900kg, equipped with 1 set of shrinking unpowered material rack, and perfectly matched with round flange punching machine for supporting production.
