This Round Flange Punching Machine (Model J24YK-2000) is a fully automated, energy-efficient device engineered for round flange punching in HVAC duct production. Boasting a compact footprint and low noise operation, it automatically stops during idle periods to cut energy consumption and costs, while its user-friendly design simplifies operation and mastery of the production process. It can be customized to produce various hole types per customer requirements, delivering flat and round flange punching with high safety performance.

     Equipped with an 8KW motor and 380V power supply, it processes flanges with a diameter range of 200–2000mm and weighs 900kg. Its core configuration includes a 3KW turntable servo motor, 750W beam servo motor, 4KW hydraulic motor, 3C hydraulic valve, 01SG-01-3C2 vane pump, custom cylinder, double alloy controller (PLC) and Kunlun state HMI, ensuring stable, precise and efficient punching for ventilation and air conditioning flange fabrication.
