This Spiral Round Duct Former is a specialized spiral duct manufacturing device available in two structural types, engineered for high-efficiency HVAC duct production. Its join-up wheel synchronizes with the forming wheel to prevent sheet metal creasing, while the steel strip spiral mold features low cost and simple replacement; the aluminum alloy mold ensures stable forming, and the disc-type rolling scissor cutting structure minimizes operational noise.
Capable of processing galvanized sheets (0.5–1.2mm thick) and stainless steel (0.4–0.7mm thick) with a material width of 137mm, it covers a diameter range of 100–1500mm and offers adjustable production speed (0–37m/min). Equipped with a vertical decoiler (max load 1200kg) and optional single/multiple tenders, it enables seam locking on either side of ducts. The cutting and turning unit adopts hydraulic power, with forming heads made of steel/aluminum alloy, ensuring precise and reliable performance. Weighing 2000kg, the machine measures 2.1×1.6×1.4m (main unit) with a 2.1×0.8m run-out table, powered by 16kW total power (380V/50Hz/3ph) and controlled via a touch screen console, making it a versatile solution for spiral duct fabrication.
