This high-efficiency, precision-engineered machine is purpose-built for automated welding of angle iron flanges in metal duct fabrication. It supports inner frame sizes from 240×240mm to 1500×3000mm, compatible with 30/40/50mm angle iron specifications and material thicknesses of 1.0–5.0mm.

     Equipped with four welding guns, the system delivers a travel speed of 800mm/min, paired with ±0.05mm mechanical accuracy and ±0.1mm repeated positioning precision, ensuring consistent, high-quality welds. The intuitive human-machine interface simplifies operation and parameter adjustment for streamlined production.

       Powered by an 85kW system, with 380V for the welding source and 220V for CNC control, the machine features a robust structure with dimensions of 4200×2500×1600mm (excluding welding machines). It is an ideal, reliable solution to automate flange welding and boost productivity in duct manufacturing.
