The C-shaped steel anti-vibration bracket roll forming machine is a fully automatic cold forming solution designed for high-efficiency production of structural brackets used in construction, solar photovoltaic, and mechanical support applications.       In terms of performance, the machine processes cold-rolled and galvanized steel strips with a thickness of 1.5–2.5 mm, supported by 18 sets of  Cr12mov forming wheels for consistent precision. It operates at a molding speed of 6–12 m/min, paired with an 80-ton punch press and hydraulic cutting system to complete forming, punching, and shearing in one continuous workflow. The PLC control system automates parameter setting and length adjustment, reducing manual labor while ensuring stable, repeatable results.

     Designed for reliability and ease of integration, the machine features a robust chain-driven transmission and heavy-duty structure, with overall dimensions of 7000×1000×1300 mm.
