      The C-shaped steel anti-vibration bracket roll forming machine is a fully automatic cold forming solution designed for high-efficiency production of structural brackets used in construction, solar photovoltaic, and mechanical support applications. Built for industrial-grade durability, it enables continuous, precise manufacturing of profiles that meet diverse engineering needs.
     A key advantage of this machine is its flexible production capability. By manually adjusting or replacing several sets of forming rolls, it can produce brackets of different specifications, including C-type ceiling frames, solar PV mounting brackets, and seismic support components. This adaptability makes it suitable for a wide range of project requirements without needing multiple specialized machines.
      In terms of performance, the machine processes cold-rolled and galvanized steel strips with a thickness of 1.5–2.5 mm, supported by 18 sets of  Cr12mov forming wheels for consistent precision. It operates at a molding speed of 6–12 m/min, paired with an 80-ton punch press and hydraulic cutting system to complete forming, punching, and shearing in one continuous workflow. The PLC control system automates parameter setting and length adjustment, reducing manual labor while ensuring stable, repeatable results.
     Designed for reliability and ease of integration, the machine features a robust chain-driven transmission and heavy-duty structure, with overall dimensions of 7000×1000×1300 mm. It delivers long service life and low maintenance, making it an ideal core component for modern duct, piping, and solar support production lines.
