The LC-15DR is an upgraded heavy-duty multi-function lock former, designed for medium and large-scale HVAC duct projects. It adapts to a thicker sheet processing range of 0.7mm to 1.5mm, powered by a 2.2KW high-torque motor, with reinforced transmission structure and wear-resistant CR15 steel forming rollers.

      It retains the multi-functional forming capability of the DR series, compatible with common lock profiles for rectangular ducts, while significantly improving the load-bearing capacity and stability for continuous high-intensity work. The machine features a rigid welded frame, smooth feeding, and precise forming, suitable for batch processing in medium-sized duct manufacturing factories and large-scale on-site installation projects.
